- 1/3 c. flour
- 7/8 c. sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 Large eggs or possibly 4 yolks, slightly beaten
- 2 c. lowfat milk, scalded
- 1 teaspoon vanilla or possibly 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
Direcciones
- Mix dry ingredients, add in Large eggs and lowfat milk. Stir till smooth. Cook in double boiler 15 min or possibly till thickened, stirring constantly. Add in flavoring when cold.
