Ingredientes
- 1/2 recipe pastry (recipe follows custard recipe)
- 4 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Direcciones
- Line 9-inch pie pan with pastry dough. Combine Large eggs, sugar and salt; add in vanilla. Strain into pie shell. Bake in warm oven (450 degrees) for 10 min. Reduce oven temperature to moderate (350 degrees) and bake 30 min longer or possibly till a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
