Receta Custard Pie Made Wit Eagle Brand Milk

Ingredientes
- 1 unbaked 9" pastry shell
- 2/3 c. Eagle Brand sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 2 c. real warm water from tap
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs, beaten
Direcciones
- In a medium size bowl, blend together lowfat milk, water, salt and vanilla extract. Stir condensed lowfat milk milk in small size bowl. Beat large eggs till just blended. Mix all ingredients together and pour into shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg. bake in very hot oven, 425 degrees 10 min. Reduce oven to slow, 300 degrees and bake 20 to 25 min or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean.To make coconut custard, add in 1 cup flaked coconut to custard mix. Bake as usual, sprinkle toasted coconut on top.
