- Beat the Large eggs. Add in the sugar, salt, scalded lowfat milk and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Strain the mix and pour into 6 custard c. of 4 oz capacity. Fill about 1/2 to 3/4 full. Place the c. in a pan and pour boiling water in it to a depth of 1 inch. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 min. When the custard is done, a silver knife should be clean when withdrawn from the center of it.
- Temperature 350 degrees.
- Bake 30 to 35 min.
- Yield: 6 servings.
