Receta Dad's Favorite Lemon Meringue Pie

Ingredientes
- 4 egg yolks
- 6 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Mix together in top of double boiler, egg yolks, lemon juice, sugar and flour. Add in lowfat milk, beating vigorously. Set over warm water and cook till cream thickens.
- MERINGUE: Beat egg whites on high speed till stiff. Add in cream of tartar. Add in sugar, one Tbsp. at a time. Beat till peaks form. Put cream in precooked pie shell and top with meringue. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 min.
