Ingredientes
- 8 Large eggs
- 1 minced green pepper
- 1 minced small onion
- 1 (4 ounce.) can mushrooms, liquid removed
- 1 minced fresh tomato
- Handful of minced up ham
- 4 slices American cheese
Direcciones
- Put Large eggs in bowl and beat, add in a little lowfat milk and stir again. Pour into big greased skillet with lid. Let cook till it starts to set. Stir in all vegetables and ham. Keep stirring like making scrambled Large eggs till it sets up good.
- Flatten out and spread around pan proportionately. Turn heat way down. Lay cheese on top of Large eggs. Cover pan for about 5 min letting cheese heat into Large eggs. Serve with toast.
