- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tbsp finely minced ginger
- 2 green chillies, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp chilli powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
