• 1 lb dry yellow split peas
• 2 x celery stalks finely minced
• 1 lrg carrot finely minced
• 1 med onion finely minced
• 2 Tbsp. sweet butter
• 1 Tbsp. curry pwdr
• 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
• 1 x bay leaf
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 3 x chicken bouillon cubes
• 2 quart water
