Ingredientes
- 12 x bananas -- sliced
- 3 c. onions -- finely minced
- 1 c. well packed dates minced
- 2 c. vinegar
- 2 tsp curry pwdr
- 1 c. ginger -- finely minced
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 c. brown sugar or possibly molasses
Direcciones
- Put the bananas, onions and dates in a heavy pot, pour the vinegar over and cook till tender. Beat to a pulp and add in the curry pwdr, ginger, salt, and molasses. Cook again till a rich brown color is reached. Bottle in clean warm jars.
