Receta Dave's Grandma Campo's Tomato Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 lrg onion, chopped
- 1 x clove garlic, (optional)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 can tomato sauce, (8 ounce.)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon, or possibly more to taste
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg, or possibly more to taste
- 1/4 tsp cloves, or possibly more to taste
- 1 x green bell pepper, chopped
- 3 x pork chops
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 can tomatoes, (14 ounce.)
- 2 c. water
- 1 c. ketchup
Direcciones
- Saute/fry chopped onion and green bell pepper in a small amount of oil (garlic, if you like). Finely cube pork chops: brown with onions and peppers. Add in remaining ingredients; simmer for 1-2 hrs till thickened. Serve over pasta, polenta, or possibly gnocchi.
