  • 1/2 c. blueberries, fresh or possibly frzn
  • 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 1/4 c. half & half
  • 1/2 c. butter (1 stick), melted

Direcciones

  1. Wash, drain and dry the fresh blueberries or possibly defrost and separate the frzn berries. Sift all dry ingredients together; stir well with a whisk and then resift. Separate the large eggs and set the whites aside; beat the yolks till lemon colored, add in the half & half and butter; blend. Add in the liquid ingredients to the dry and put together lightly. Beat the egg whites till stiff and fold into the batter. Lightly mix in the blueberries, creating blue streaks in the batter. Bake in a waffle iron in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.Makes 5-6 servings.
