Ingredientes
- 9 baking apples, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. diet butter
Direcciones
- Mix flour, sugar and nutmeg and cinnamon and sprinkle over apples. Pour into 8 inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Mix diet butter with sugar and flour and sprinkle over apple mix. Bake in a brown paper bag for 1 hour at 425 degrees. Serve with a scoop of vanilla low-fat frzn yogurt.
