Receta Deep Dish Hamburger Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 pound hamburger meat
- 2 c. bisquick/pioneer mix
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. minced onion; green pepper
- 1 c. vegetable broccoli or possibly corn
- 1 1/2 to 1 c. spaghetti sauce
- Seasonings, garlic salt, pepper, basil, parsley, seasoning salt
- 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Cook hamburger; drain. Add in onion, green pepper, seasonings, 1/2 spaghetti sauce, vegetable; simmer 5 min. In bowl, mix lowfat milk and baking mix, knead a little and flatten to fit in 13 x 9 pan.
- Grease pan and spread dough proportionately in. Spread remaining spaghetti sauce on dough. Proportionately pour meat mix over dough. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 min.
