Receta Deep Dish Pizza

Ingredientes
- 1 (1/4 ounce.) pkg. dry yeast
- 3/4 c. hot water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp. oil
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- Pizza toppings
Direcciones
- Mix all together: 1 (6 ounce.) can tomato paste 2 teaspoon cornstarch 1 teaspoon basil 1 teaspoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- Mix dry yeast and hot water till dissolved. Add in remaining crust ingredients; mix well. Knead (may need to add in more water and flour). Place dough in greased bowl. Heat oven to 400 degrees and set on stove covered for 35 min. Mix sauce mix while dough is rising. Grease 9"x13" pan with 1 to 2 Tbsp. of oil. Spread dough, curling the edges. Add in 1/2 of sauce mix (freeze the rest). Top with pizza toppings: hamburger, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, etc. Finish with Mozzarella cheese. Bake 30 to 35 min at 400 degrees till crust is golden.
