Receta Deep Dish Pizza Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 lb 95% lean grnd beef
- 15 ounce chunky tomato sauce, Hunt's cooking spray
- 10 ounce refrigerated pizza crust, Pillsbury
- 6 x mozzarella cheese slices, part skim lowfat milk divided
Direcciones
- Cook meat in a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat till browned, stirring till it crumbles. Drain, if necessary and return to skillet. Add in tomato sauce, and cook till heated.
- While meat cooks, coat a 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray. Unroll pizza crust dough, and press into bottom and halfway up sides of baking dish.
- Line bottom of crust with 3 slices of cheese. Top with meat mix.
- Bake, uncovered, at 425F for 12 min. Top with remaining 3 cheese slices and bake 5 additional min or possibly till crust is browned and cheese melts. Cold 5 min before serving.
- NOTES : I made this last night for supper. Wanted something easy and different from all the rich holiday food coming up in the next couple of days. It was super easy, fast, and yummy! My nutritional
- (and I entered all my ingredient's from the labels of the products), and their's was with grnd round not the 95% fat-free grnd beef. So who knows! Either way it is still lowfat and very good.
