  • 1 pkg. active dry yeast
  • 1 c. hot water (105 to 115 degrees)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can pizza sauce
  • Toppings of choice (pepperoni, sausage, black olives, etc.)
  • Mozzarella cheese

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve yeast in hot water. Stir in remaining 4 ingredients, beat with a fork 25 strokes. Let stand 5 min. Press dough proportionately in greased deep dish pizza pan and up the sides about half way. Spread with pizza sauce and toppings. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 min.
