Receta Deep Fried Vegetables In Tempura Batter
Ingredientes
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. beer
- 2 Large eggs, separated
- Salt & pepper
Direcciones
- Mix yolks with first 4 ingredients. Beat whites but not too stiff. Fold into above batter.
- Cut onion rings and slice mushrooms, green peppers and zucchini into bite-size pcs. Deep fry after dipping in batter at 425 degrees till golden.
