Receta Deep Purple Raisin Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 c. raisins
- 2 c. grape juice
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. grape juice
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- Pastry for 2 crust pie
Direcciones
- Cook raisins in 2 c. grape juice for 10 min. Combine sugar and cornstarch. Blend in 1/4 c. grape juice and the lemon juice. Stir into rains mix. Cook and stir over medium heat till thick and clear. Pour into pastry lined pan. Place top crust over filling and cut vents. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 min, and then reduce temperature to 375 degrees and bake 30 min more.
