Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 tbsp. grainy Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 1/4 pound assorted thinly sliced deli meats
- Thin red onion slices
- Flowering kale or possibly parsley
Direcciones
- Combine mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream, mustard and prepared horseradish in small bowl. Cover and refrigerateseveral hrs to blend flavors. Shortly before serving, arrange deli meats, onions and kale or possibly parsley on large tray around bowl of mustard spread. Makes about 20 servings.
