Ingredientes
- 3 cans black-eye peas
- 1 pkg. smoked sausage
- 1 pound can stewed tomatoes
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 c. bell pepper
- 2 tbsp. butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic salt
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onion, pepper, stewed tomatoes and seasonings in skillet with butter. Cut up sausage into small pcs. Mix peas with all the ingredients. Season to taste. Simmer 20 min.
