Ingredientes
- 1 pound mushrooms
- 1 lg. onion
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 32 ounce. chicken broth
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Saute/fry mushrooms and onions in butter. Add in flour and mix thoroughly. Add in chicken broth and simmer covered for 1/2 hour. Let cold. Blend in a food processor or possibly blender. Fold in whipping cream. Reheat on medium and add in salt and pepper to taste.
