Receta Dessert Omelette

Ingredientes
- 3 x Egg yolks
- 1/2 x Lemon, rind of
- 1/2 ounce Vanilla seeds
- 6 x Egg whites
- 100 gm Sugar
- 40 gm Flour
- 40 gm Butter, melted
- 1 ounce Butter for frying
- 1 sprg mint for garnish
Direcciones
- Blend the egg yolks, lemon rind and vanilla seeds well together. Whip the egg whites with the sugar till stiff and fold them carefully into the egg yolk mix.
- Sift the flour over and fold it in to the mix, whilst slowly adding the warm butter.
- Heat the frying butter in an omelette pan and place in the omelette mix.
- Smooth the top with a wet palette knife and cook gently on the stove for 2 min. Place into the oven for a further 5-7 min.
