Receta Dessert Quesadillas

Ingredientes
- 2 x Granny Smith apples thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. sweetened dry cranberries
- 1 tsp cinnamon sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 7 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine divided
- 6 x flour tortillas - (10" dia)
- 1 pkt cream cheese - (8 ounce) softened
- 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. caramel sauce
- 1/2 c. minced pecans toasted
Direcciones
- Toss together first 4 ingredients.
- Heat 1 Tbsp. butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat; add in apple mix, and saute/fry 5 min or possibly till tender. Remove apple mix, and set aside; wipe skillet clean.
- Spread 1 Tbsp. butter proportionately on 1 side of each tortilla.
- Stir together cream cheese and powdered sugar till smooth. Spread cheese mix proportionately on unbuttered side of each tortilla; top proportionately with apple mix. Fold tortillas in half over apple mix.
- Cook quesadillas, in batches, in skillet over medium heat 2 min on each side or possibly till golden. Drizzle with caramel sauce, and sprinkle with pecans before serving.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
