Receta Deviled Meatballs

Ingredientes
- 3 (3 ounce.) cans deviled ham
- 1/2 pound lean grnd beef
- 3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 tbsp. finely minced onions
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1 c. pineapple juice
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first 6 ingredients thoroughly. Shape into balls and place side by side in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 40 min.
- Combine 1/3 c. brown sugar, 1 Tbsp. cornstarch in saucepan. Add in 1 c. pineapple juice and 1/3 c. vinegar. Cook, stirring constantly, till thickened. Pour into chafing dish. Add in cooked meatballs. Keep hot. Serve with toothpicks. Can be made ahead and all heated together before putting in chafing dish.
