Ingredients: 2 c. water; 2 c. raisins; 1 c. unsweetened applesauce; 2 x Large eggs; 2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener; 3/4 c. veg. oil; 1 tsp baking soda; 2 c. flour; 1 1/4 tsp cinnamon; 1/2 tsp nutmeg; 1 tsp vanilla

Ingredientes

2 c. water
2 c. raisins
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
2 x Large eggs
2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
3/4 c. veg. oil
1 tsp baking soda
2 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla

Direcciones

Cook raisins in 2 c. water till soft. Drain off water and add in to raisins the applesauce, Large eggs, sweetener and oil; mix well. Blend in soda and flour. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch greased pan at 350 degrees for 25-30 min or possibly till toothpick comes out clean
