Receta Diabetic Fudge

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Diet margarine
- 1 1/3 c. Non-fat dry lowfat milk
- 2/3 c. Cocoa pwdr
- 1 c. Sugar, (artificial equivalent)
- 1/3 c. Evaporated non-fat lowfat milk
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. Rice Krispies
- 1/4 c. Raisins
Direcciones
- Mix margarine and lowfat milk pwdr till crumbly. Add in cocoa and artificial sweetener. Mix till blended. Add in evaporated lowfat milk and vanilla. Mix till almost smooth and sticky. Remove from bowl and fold in Rice Krispies with hands. Continue mixing with hands till fudge is smooth and shiny. Shape into 2 10inch long rolls. Wrap in clear plastic wrap. Refrigeratetill hard. To serve, cut into 1/2 inch thick slices. Store in refrigerator. 1 serving =
