Receta Diabetic Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredientes
- 4 Large eggs, lightly beaten
- 8 teaspoon cornstarch
- 4 c. 2% lowfat milk + 4 c. whole lowfat milk
- 1/2 pt. heavy cream
- 4 teaspoon vanilla
- 16 Packages Sweet & Low sweetener
Direcciones
- Whisk together Large eggs, cornstarch and 1 c. lowfat milk till smooth. Set aside. Cook lowfat milk over medium heat till scalded. Slowly add in scalded lowfat milk to egg mix. Return to stove. Cook slowly till mix bubbles. Watch closely as mix scorches easily. Cold mix. Stir in cream, vanilla and Sweet and Low. Pour into crank freezer container and follow manufacturer's instructions, using ice and rock salt.
