Receta Diet Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredientes
- 2 Large eggs, beaten (or possibly 3 egg whites or possibly egg beaters)
- 1 c. pumpkin
- 2/3 c. instant non-fat dry lowfat milk (use dry)
- 2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 8 pkg. Sweet & Low (Equal does NOT work)
- 1/2 c. grated carrots
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Beat Large eggs in bowl. Add in all remaining ingredients and mix well. Spray muffin pan with Pam. Spoon into 12 large or possibly 24 mini muffins. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. Keep refrigerated. May be frzn.
