Receta Dietetic Strawberry Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 3/4 c. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1 env unflavored gelatin
- 8 pkt Kosher sweetener
- 1 quart Berries
- 1 x Cooked pie shell
- 1/2 c. Instant dry lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Cool water Sweetener to equal 1/4 c.
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
Direcciones
- Combine water and cornstarch in pan. Cook till clear. Remove from heat and add in gelatin.. Let cold and add in sweetener. Stir well. Add in berries and place in pie shell.
- DIABETIC WHIPPED TOPPING: Combine dry lowfat milk and water and refrigerate1/2 hour.
- Beat at high speed 4 min. Add in lemon juice and beat on high 4 min.
- Stir in Sweet One till well blended. Add in vanilla. and mix well.
