Receta Dijon Chicken Croissants

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. green onions, minced
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 2 c. cooked, cubed chicken breasts
- 1/2 teaspoon J.D.'s Magic
- 3/4 c. fat-free mayonnaise
- 2 T celery, minced
- Fresh croissants
- Red leaf lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Red onion slices (optional)
Direcciones
- In large bowl, put together green onions, Dijon mustard, dill weed, chicken, J.D.'s Magic, mayonnaise and celery. Stir to blend well. Cover and chill for at least 30 min. Slice croissants open and spread chicken mix on croissant. Place two red leaf lettuce leaves and three slices of tomatoes on each croissant. Add in red onion slices if you like.
