Receta Dipping Sauce

Ingredientes
- 3 c. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. Hunt's ketchup
- 2/3 c. granulated sugar
- 2 x or possibly 3 dashes moonshine (optional)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp onion pwdr
- 2 tsp garlic pwdr
- 2 tsp crushed fresh garlic
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 3 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
Direcciones
- Combine the vinegar, ketchup, sugar, moonshine (if you like), Worcestershire, onion pwdr, garlic pwdr, crushed garlic, black pepper, cayenne, red pepper flakes, lemon juice and Tabasco sauce in a large saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and let simmer for about 10 min. Cold.
- Use to prepare North Carolina-style Pork Barbecue (that see) and save some to serve as a table sauce for those who want a little more on their meat.
