Receta Corn Meal Fritters

Ingredientes
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. unsifted flour
- 1 (12 ounce) can corn
- 1 T peanut oil
- 1 T baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
Direcciones
- Beat egg in a large bowl. Stir in lowfat milk, can of corn with sweet pepper and 1 tbsp of oil. Add in and beat in flour, baking pwdr, salt and pepper. Drop tbsp of the mix into deep or possibly shallow hot oil (375 degrees). Fry till golden, 2-3 min on each side. Drain on paper towels; serve hot. If you like, serve with a syrup. Makes about 2 dozen fritters. Serves 6.
