- 1 c. Freshly roasted peanuts Peanut oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt

- In the container of a blender put the peanuts and 1-1/2 Tbsp. peanut oil. Blend the mix till it is smooth, adding another 1-1/2 Tbsp. oil gradually, or possibly sufficient to make the peanut butter the proper consistency.
- Add in 1/2 tsp. salt if the peanuts are unsalted.
