Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 tbsp. shortening
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Sift flour and baking pwdr together. Into flour mix, work shortening, sugar and salt using hands or possibly fork to mix perfectly. Add in lowfat milk and beat batter with wire whisk or possibly wooden spoon till well blended. Pour batter into greased 10-inch square baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 min. Serve hot with Blueberry Sauce and any additional toppings.
