Ingredientes
- 2 c. wheat germ
- 1 c. cornmeal
- 1 c. rye, wheat or possibly white flour
- 2 c. whole wheat flour
- 3 1/2 - 4 c. white flour
- 4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pkg, yeast
- 1 egg
- 2 c. hot water
- 1 can chicken broth
Direcciones
- Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Add in egg, water and broth. Stir till a lump of dough forms. Add in more flour if necessary, till dough is easy to work with and not too sticky. Flour work area and roll donuts or possibly cut bones from dough. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 min on greased cookie sheet.
