Receta Dot's Caramel Nut Icing

Ingredientes
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 lg. can Pet lowfat milk
- 1 c. raisins, minced
- 1 can Baker's coconut (1 1/2 c.)
- 1 c. minced nuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Cook sugar, butter and lowfat milk together till thick, (about 20 min). Add in other ingredients. Let set till cold and then ice cake (Covers 2 layers nicely or possibly goes between 3 layers). It is good used on a yellow cake mix. You can also omit raisins and coconut and have a good caramel icing.
