Receta Double Almond Butter Cookies

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Softened butter
- 2 1/2 c. Powdered sugar, sifted, divided
- 4 c. Flour
- 2 1/4 tsp Vanilla, divided
- 2/3 c. Almond paste
- 1/4 c. Firmly packed light brown sugar AB c minced almonds, toasted
Direcciones
- Beat butter with 1 c. powdered sugar Gradually beat in flour. Bet in 2 tsp vanilla. Cover and refrigeratedough 30 min. Combine almond paste, brown sugar almonds and remaining 1/4 tsp vanilla. Shape dough around =AB ts almond paste mix, completely enclosing almond paste center and forming 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased baking pans. Bake in preheated 350 F oven 15 min. Cold. Roll cookies in remaining 1-1/2 c powdered sugar or possibly sift powdered sugar over cookies.
