Receta Double Baked Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 4 lg. baking potatoes
- 1 sm. container lowfat sour cream onion dip
- 6-8 slices bacon, fried crisp & crumbled
- 1/2 stick butter
- Shredded cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Bake potatoes till done. Cut a hole in top of each potato and scoop out contents. Leave skins intact.
- Mix potatoes, butter and onion dip with a potato masher till thoroughly blended. Mix in bacon bits. Put mix back into the potato skins allowing it to pile up over the top. Heat 25 min at 350 degrees. Sprinkle cheddar on top and return to oven till melted. Very good and very fattening.
