Receta Double Chocolate Crumb Bars

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. butter flavor Crisco
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. minced pecans
- 2 tbsp. cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Combine Crisco and sugar; beat in Large eggs and vanilla. Set aside. Stir together flour, minced nuts, cocoa, baking pwdr and salt. Stir in egg mix. Spread in greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 min or possibly till bars test done. Spread marshmallows proportionately on top. Bake 3 min. Cold.
- In small saucepan, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter; stir over low heat till chips are melted. Stir in cereal. Spread on top of cooled bars. Chill. Cut in bars. Chill. Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
