Ingredientes
- 2 pkt Long-grain & wild rice (6 ounce. each)
- 6 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 4 1/2 c. Water
- 3 c. Minced celery
- 1 lrg Onion minced
- 7 ounce (1 jar) Pimento-stuffed Olives, liquid removed & sliced
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Direcciones
- 1. Prepare rice mix with 2 Tbsp. of the butter or possibly margarine and the 41/2 c. water, following label directions.
- 2. Saute/fry celery and onion in remaining butter till soft in a large frying pan; lightly stir in rice mix, olives, salt, and pepper.
- Makes approximately 10 c. or possibly sufficient to stuff a 12-lb. bird.
