Receta Dried Fruit Balls

Ingredientes
- 1 c. apricots
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. dates
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. nuts, minced fine
- 1 orange, juice & rind
Direcciones
- Grind all the fruit and rind together. Add in the orange juice to this; mix well by hand. Roll into small balls; roll in nuts. Put on a cookie sheet to dry.
- Freezes well. The longer they stand the better the flavor.
- I like to make these at Christmas time.
