Receta Drumstick Leaf Curry

Ingredientes
- 40 x Sprays Drumstick leaves
- 4 Tbsp. Coconut gratings A sprig of curry leaves
- 4 x Red chillies
- 1 Tbsp. Urad dal
- 1 pch Turmeric
- 3 tsp Oil Salt to taste
Direcciones
- Remove the leaves from the stalk, wash and set aside. Grind Coconut and red chillies to a smooth paste. Wash the grinding stone with a c. of water.
- Add in it to the grnd masala.
- In three tsp. of oil, fry the curry leaves and urad dal. When the curry leaves become brittle and the urad dal gets browned, addthe drumstick leaves and fry for a minute. Add in the grnd liquid masala, pour in a c. of water, a healthy pinch of turmeric and salt to taste.
- Cover the pan and let it cook on a slow fire for 15 min, by that time all the water would have evaporated and the side dish would be ready. Stir and serve.
