Ingredientes
- Duck
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Onion and celery
- Bell peppers
- Cornmeal
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Poultry seasoning
- Crouton stuffing mix
Direcciones
- Cook duck (use broth to make dressing). Cook cornmeal sufficient for your party, (usually a 9 x 9 inch pan will make a roaster full of dressing). Saute/fry vegetables in a small amount of veg. oil. Put over crumbled bread and croutons. Then add in broth gradually. Let sit to swell and add in cream soups, stir and add in seasoning. Place duck in the dressing and stuff the duck with some of the dressing. Bake till done.
