Receta Dykstra House Provencal Vinaigrette

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. herbes de provence see note
- 1/4 tsp freshly grnd black pepper
- 1/8 tsp garlic granules or possibly less to taste
- 1 pch salt or possibly to taste
- 1 pch sugar optional
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/3 x extra virgin extra virgin olive oil best quality
Direcciones
- Notes: Use an herb blend with lavender. Otherwise, add in a generous healthy pinch of dry lavender.
- You can play with the proportions of vinegar, lemon juice, water and oil to suit your taste.
- Place ingredients in a 1 1/2 c. screw top bottle. Shake to mix and let sit at room temperature for at least 30 min before using.
- Store in the refrigerator.
- Yield: 1 c.
