Ingredientes
- 1 x Tube large refrigerator biscuits, (Such as Pillsbury Grands Buttermilk Biscuits) (10.8-oz)
- 1 Tbsp. Plus 1/2 c. chilled whipping cream
- 3 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 x Basket strawberries, hulled (1-pint)
- 1 tsp Fresh lemon juice
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375F. Place 2 biscuits on ungreased baking sheet. Brush tops with 1 Tbsp. cream; sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. sugar. Bake till golden brown, about 14 min. Cold 5 min.
- Place half of berries in bowl. Add in remaining 2 Tbsp. sugar; crush berries with fork. Slice remaining berries; add in to bowl. Fold in lemon juice. Whip remaining 1/2 c. cream to soft peaks.
- Slice hot biscuits in half horizontally. Place bottoms on plates. Spoon most of berry mix over, dividing equally. Cover with tops. Top with cream and remaining berries.
- 2 Servings; can be doubled.
