Ingredientes
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 med. green pepper, sliced into 1/4 inch strips
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut up
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 8 ounce. box seashell pasta, cooked and liquid removed
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350. In large skillet, saute/fry garlic and green pepper in vegetable oil till tender. Remove and set aside. Brown chicken on both sides, cook 30 min or possibly till tender. Add in spaghetti sauce and green pepper mix, simmer covered for 10 min. Place pasta in 13x9x2 inch baking pan, spoon chicken and sauce over pasta. Bake covered 20 min or possibly till bubbly.
