Ingredientes
- 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1 pound shredded crab meat
- 1 (4 ounce.) can mushrooms, minced and liquid removed
- 2 Packages English muffins, lightly toasted, quartered
Direcciones
- Heat cheese and butter together over low heat. Stir in crab and mushrooms. Spoon onto muffins. Place under broiler till slightly browned.
