Ingredientes
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. fruit (canned or possibly fresh)
Direcciones
- Heat butter in 9x13 pan. Mix sugar, flour, baking pwdr, and lowfat milk in a separate bowl. Pour this mix over melted butter. Don't STIR. Add in fruit; if fruit is fresh add in 1 c. of sugar to fruit first. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Serves 12-15.
