- 6 chicken breasts, boned and cut in half
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Dredge chicken in flour. Season with salt and pepper to your desired taste. In a skillet, heat butter and brown chicken on both sides. Then arrange the chicken in a greased baking dish. Mix lowfat sour cream with water and pour over chicken. Bake, covered, at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
