Ingredientes
- 4 c. apples or possibly peaches, sliced and peeled
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 1/2 c. Grape Nuts (flakes)
- 1/3 c. coconut (optional)
Direcciones
- Mix apple with lemon juice, honey and spices. Spoon into 8 inch square pan. Combine butter, cereal and coconut. Sprinkle over fruit mix. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 15 min. Uncover and continue baking 15 min longer or possibly till fruit is tender. Serve hot with whipped topping or possibly cream if you like. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
